customer-survey

When a company is looking to zero-in on its target market, it would behoove it to do some market research.  Part of this process is creating questionnaires.  Do some online research to find examples of market research questions.  For our new product “Royal Wrappers” what would be some questions we could ask our target market so we can better understand how to sell to them?  Give an example of a good market research question for Royal Wrappers and discuss why you believe it would be a quality question that would get us a useful response.

  1. the best question i thought was “Do you support sustainability and environmental friendliness? If so in what ways do you show your support?” The purpose of the Royal Wrappers is to promote sustainability and environmental friendliness. It would be helpful for us to know how our consumers think about sustainability and in what ways they support it. we can improve or even change our product to he way consumers prefer.

  3. A good marketing question would be if the product is appealing not only for it’s appearance, but for it’s environmentally friendly materials and construction. It is also important to ask if they would pay for the product and how much they’d be willing to spend as well.

  4. A good question for market research would be ” when buying this product did you contemplate buying other larger more well know brands and if so , did our products sustainability and Eco friendly outlook shift your decision “. This would be a quality question because it really brings insight to what people think About out product compared to others.

  6. A good question to ask a future customer would be is it important to you that a business/ product is sustainable? This question would give us an idea of how many people care about sustainability. Knowing this would help us decide if we want to advertise the sustainable side of our product, or chose another angle to advertise Royal Wrappers.

  7. Market research is very important because compnaies can find out what consumers are willing to buy and how much they are willing to pay. For our product, we should ask how much they are willing to pay, what attracts you to the brand, and if it feels too tacky.

  8. Market research is a very important part of any business for “Royals Wrappers” one of the best questions we could ask is What do you think about our product ie. The way it looks and that it is environmentally friendly? From a question like this we would be able to see if the public both liked our product in the way it looks as well as the way it is made.

  9. I would ask if they believe and support the idea of a sustainable business, if they care about the fact that the money is going to SPCA, so that we could focus our business on them, and less on the people who don’t care.

  11. A useful target market survey question would be to ask the consumers about their interest in supporting an envrionmentally friendly business and/or sustainable products, being Royal Wrappers. This narrows down the consumers who support such a business as well as those consumers who do not.

  12. I think that a great question would be “Did you purchase our product today because you like it, appreciate the purpose behind it, or just because you want to help high school students with their small business?”. This way you have a better understanding of what persuaded the customer to buy your product. And then you know how to better advertise your product.

  13. A good market research question will get some useful information that can be applied to your business idea and can help you improve your product before you release it into the market. A good question is “on a scale from 1-10 how sustainable is your product?’ or “how is your product sustainable?” These questions are great for determining how eco friendly the product is.

A good market research question will get a useful piece of information that cam be applied to your business plan and can help you improve or modify your product/service before you release it into the market. This may include questions such as; what are your initial thoughts about our product? or, What would you rate the functionality and design of our Royal Wrappers on a scale of 1-10? The question should be tailored to suit your product and should be useful for your product research and must be relevant and easy for the consumer to give you a detailed response.
